Our Story

Our founder, Juston, started working with brands at the age of 13. Growing up as an avid Watersport enthusiast, he began entering surf competitions, attending training camps, and eventually securing support from brands in the surf industry. Juston has been in the action sports industry since then, transitioning to the recreational side and branching out further into activities such as skateboarding, and snowboarding.

Once his competitive career ended, Juston graduated from university with two bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Finance. Furthermore he started a career in Corporate Finance at Amazon supporting Influencer Marketing, successfully launching 1000+ unique products as the sole financial partner to the team. He was instrumental in co-branded collaborations, learning exactly how the top US companies evaluate marketing and content creators.

His unique background of having the innate industry knowledge that can only come from having negotiated both side of a brand deal. He is a data driven individual who is passionate about his clients and intentional branding.
